THE ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION BRANCH 103 ATHABASCA, ALBERTA REMEMBERING OUR VETERANS, PAST AND PRESENT The Multiplex will be open at 8:00 a.m. FORM UP PARADE PARTICIPANTS Athabasca Multiplex, Field House – 9:00 a.m. Parade Marches off, INSIDE, - 9:15 a.m. Sharp! ** If you are not parading you should be in your seat by 9:15 a.m. latest ** REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICE Athabasca Multiplex, Field House – 9:30 a.m. November 11, 2008 ALL WREATH LAYING, LAST POST/REVELLIE SERVICE WILL TAKE PLACE INSIDE THE FIELD HOUSE A Special Memorial Cross will be dedicated for the occasion on November 10th. L E S T W E F O R G E T After the services at the Multiplex Field House, the room will be cleared of all apparatus and chairs. Any help will be appreciated at that time. ALL are invited to Athabasca Branch 103 for lunch and comradery. Entertainment will commence around noon and progress all day until the start of a Smorg Supper in the lower hall at 5:30 pm. Tickets at the door, $10.00. We look forward to welcoming a contingent of #1 Combat Engineers Regiment, Service Men and Women; many of whom have just returned from tours in Afghanistan and our Pipes and Drums led by Sandy and Bonnie Cochrane. The Branch lounge will remain open after supper for your use although entertainment will not be provided as the day has already been long. REMEMBER You do not have to be a Legion Member to enjoy the hospitality of our Branch, located across from the Old Brick School at 4801 48 St. Athabasca, it is easy to get to. PLEASE, COME AND JOIN US ON THIS SPECIAL DAY If you cannot attend, at the very least, stop at 11:00 a.m. for two minutes of Silence wherever you are at on this day!! Thank you!
